Jenin Sabbah serves as Purpose Commons’ Director of Ecosystem Development, leading the organization’s Design Team strategy and ecosystem partnerships. A proven nonprofit executive, Jenin has led national-scale program design, secured multi-million-dollar funding, and built mentorship pipelines for underrepresented youth. Across her career, she has been deeply committed to authentic co-design, shared power with young people, and shifting systems toward belonging and justice. At Purpose Commons, Jenin is guiding the organization’s first cohort of Design Teams through the plot development process while building partnerships across research and practice to strengthen the broader purpose ecosystem.
